Hi Tom, as a good will gesture we paid out on Lampard to score at anytime, NO other possible permutations in correct score, double result... were paid out on other than the actual result of the match. Regards, Stu (WH)

I bet £5 on Germany betting England 4-2. william hill refused to pay me out on the bet even though they paid out on the lampard goal, which in effect makes the score 4-2 on the basis they accepted the goal. Anyone help me on this??
Bossk67 4th Jul 2010 - 17:47
Good on William Hill,nice gesture.
Alex 29th Jun 2010 - 10:15
Kind gesture here William Hill. I still wouldn't of said England would have won with that goal counting. Defence was rubbish. Terry was never there and Glen Johnson was appauling with passes being over-hit and tackles being next to nothing.
Well lets see if the Germans beat Argentina. I think who ever wins that game may beat the Brazillians.

Will you also be paying out on Higuan 1st goal instead of Tevez?
Ye Win 28th Jun 2010 - 13:36
Oh yes. England got second goal and ref cancelled that goal. Lazy inefficient ref and low standard Fifa create the mess. England could have win the match if this legal goal was legalised. They would not have to put 10 players up front if 2:2 was first half result. Germans were unsettled when England got 2 goals in few minutes. Fifa is trying the bring game to low standard. I agree with William Hill and England could have won.
Alex 28th Jun 2010 - 11:37
elizabeth you are a plank! it was a goal or are you as blind as the referee and linesmen? william hill arent saying that england should still be here they are sending an excellent gesture of paying out on a goal that obviously should have stood regardless of how rubbish england played! muppet!
Jonholmes 28th Jun 2010 - 10:04
