Windies Spin Set To Blow England Off Course Again!
Despite their humiliating defeat against India, England still made it through to the Super Eight stage of the World T20 and William Hill make them 4/5 to qualify for the Semi Final. First, however, Stuart Broad's troops have to take on the West Indies, who are 13/2 to win the tournament and 10/11 to emerge from Thursday's match with a victory.
After being bowled out for 80 against India, William Hill are offering 33/1 that England are all out for less than 100.
England really struggled against spin in their match against India and spinner Sunil Narine is 5/2 favourite to be top wicket-taker for the West Indies. The only batsman who came out of the India game with any credit was Craig Kieswetter and he is 10/3 favourite to be England's top run scorer on Thursday.
"England's frailties against spin on the sub continent were highlighted once again against India and Narine is going to be a very popular choice to take the most wickets for the Windies," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
