Wiggins 1/7 for victory! Sagan 20/1 to win within five years
Bradley Wiggins avoided having any major incident during a controversial stage at the Tour de France and William Hill make him 1/7 to win the Yellow Jersey. His Team Sky teammate, Chris Froome, is 5/1 second favourite. Cadel Evans was fortunate not to lose even more time as he suffered three flat tyres and William Hill make him 33/1 to win.
Peter Sagan heroically finished second in the stage and is now 1/200 to win the Green Jersey this year. He also impressed so much that William Hill are offering 20/1 that he wins the Tour de France within the next five years.
"We all thought that Peter Sagan was a Sprint King, which of course he is, but his performance in Sunday's stage showed that there are many more strings to his bow," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly.
