BDO Lakeside World Darts 2010: draws and scores

The original World Professional Darts Championships kicks off on 2nd January 2010 at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green.

It's the 25th consecutive that Bob Potter's Surrey leisure complex has hosted tournament and in the six short years since the Lakeside has been the main sponsor of the event, the prize money the winner receives has doubled to £100,000 for 2010, part of a total prize fund of £325,000.

Defending champion, Ted "The Count" Hankey is looking to be the first player since Raymond van Barneveld in 1999 to successfully defend his world title but has some way to go to equal Eric Bristow's record of five BDO World Championships crowns since the tournament was founded in 1978.

You can watch and bet on every darts thrown in the tournament with the William Hill In-Play darts betting service and the BBC's coverage.
