Rod's Odds - UK Open Round 1 Four-fold
Rod Harrington uses his knowledge of the professional tour to pick out a few Round 1 bankers in the UK Open.
This weekend sees the the 2014 UK Open get underway, the FA cup of darts and while there are always plenty of upsets, I've got a few short prices here that should win.
Friday starts with the first rounds and there are a few bets to have a look at:
Steve Brown is a seasoned Professional on the PDC circuit and although Ewan Ayslop is a good player, Brown at 2/5 looks good value when added to a multiple.
Jelle Klaasen is playing some of the best darts since he won the BDO Worlds. We know big John Henderson can beat anyone on his day but I just feel the form of Klaasen will come through at 4/7.
Ian White is one of the most underestimated players in World darts today and should come through his encounter against Daryl Gurney at 1/3.
Michael Mansell with his experience should see off Ben Burton at 1/5.
That's a nice little 4-fold that pays over 5/2, so a tenner would see a return of £35.
