20/1 for another goal-fest this weekend
Following a record breaking weekend, William Hill are offering 20/1 that the Premier League see yet another goal rush of more than 40 goals this weekend.
It's 20/1 that it comes down to earth with a bang with just 0-10 goals scored. Last weekend saw 43 goals scored and Hills are offering 25/1 that this impressive total is bettered this weekend.
"There were many factors involved in such a record breaking weekend and the odds suggest that a semblance of normality will return to the Premier League come this weekend's fixtures," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly.
Despite all the goals at the weekend, one man who failed to find the net was Fernando Torres although Hills are offering 10/11 that he manages to get himself on the score sheet for his new club. He is 1/3 to start Chelsea's game against Fulham but 2/5 to be subbed off. His former manager Kenny Dalglish is now priced at 1/7 to secure the Liverpool manager's position on a permanent basis.
