Becks not down for a stint Down Under, 7/2 England move
Recent rumours suggest that David Beckham may be on his way to Australia in order to keep his fitness up during the MLS close season.
William Hill do not think the move is particularly likely however, offering 1/9 that he does not. Becks is 7/2 to move to England during the January transfer window.
"David Beckham is renowned for coming to Europe to keep fit during the close season and it looks more likely that he will return here than heading off to Australia," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Despite the battle going on at the top of the table, the big match this weekend takes place under the guise of a ‘basement battle'. Nigel Adkins takes his Southampton side to Loftus Road where both managers need a win to relieve some of the pressure surrounding their positions.
Adkins is our 10/11 favourite to be the first manager to lose his job while Mark Hughes is not far behind him at 6/4.
QPR are 100/1 to win fewer than the 11 points that Derby won in 2007.
Manchester sides, United and City, have made a habit of falling behind before coming back to win and William Hill make both sides 6/1 to come from behind to win at the weekend and 48/1 that the pair both do it.
