Big Phil's revolution to continue?

Chelsea head into Wednesday's Champions League match against Roma top of their group as well as top of the Premier League. Big Phil's boys are flying at the moment. On the back of a 5-0 thrashing of Middlesbrough at the weekend when Chelsea were without many first team players the fans down at the Bridge can barely remember who Jose Mourinho is.

Scolari has taken Chelsea on to a whole new level and could this be the year that Romanm Abramovich finally gets his hands on the Champions League trophy after years of trying and many millions spent in the process.

On paper Roma look like Chelsea's biggest threat in their group, but the Italian outfit on match day one suffered a shock home defeat to Romanian minnows CFR Cluj. Chelsea just have to be backed at the moment whatever the price on offer as they are simply irresistible. Roma on the otherhand are struggling down in 14th place in Serie A and should not be a match for Scolari's outfit. Therefore Chelsea at 4/9 has to be the bet.

Liverpool, meanwhile travel to face Fernando Torres' old club, Atletico Madrid, without the injured Spanish striker. Atletico are the favourites in this match at 6/4 with Liverpool available at 19/10. Atletico are a dangerous side and possess some good players, so it is very doubtful whether the Reds can come away from Madrid with the three points.

Of the other ties Barcelona away at Basel appears to be a banker as does Inter Milan at home to Anorthosis Famagusta. Barca, Inter and Chelsea looks a great treble at odds just greater than 6/4. The odds may not be big, but surely none of these three great European teams can lose tonight?
