Augsburg v Wolfsburg

This will be the first ever competitive match contested between these two sides.

FCA have the worst home record in the league, having picked up only three points out of an available18 from their six BL home games so far this season.

Wolfsburg have won the fewest points on the road this term (four).

The Wolves are winless in six league games away from Volkswagen-Arena (one draw, five defeats).

Augsburg are the only side in the Bundesliga yet to win a home game this season.

Bremen v Stuttgart

Bremen are winless in three Bundesliga games against Stuttgart (two draws, one defeat).

Werder are undefeated in four league games at Weserstadion against the Swabians, though (two wins, two draws).

The last 10 BL meetings between these two sides have seen a total of 47 goals scored (an average on 4.7 goals per game).

SVW have won six of their last seven BL home games (one defeat).

Werder have already picked up 16 points from losing positions and have managed to turnaround five of the 10 BL games in which they have been behind this season.

Dortmund have won none of their last four home games against their arch-rivals (two draws, two defeats).

BVB have failed to score in their last two league home games against Schalke.

Borussia have taken 19 out of the possible 21 points from their last seven BL games.

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has netted eight goals in his last eight BL appearances and is with already 12 goals to his name this term currently in second position in the BL scorer charts behind only Bayern's Mario Gomez (13 goals).

BVB top scorer Robert Lewandowski has scored all his eight league goals this campaign at home.

 

Hannover v Hamburg

Hamburg have only enjoyed two wins in their last 17 BL games against Hannover (eight draws, seven defeats).

Hannover have scored at least twice in nine of their last 11 league home games against HSV.

The Reds are unbeaten in eight BL games at AWD Arena (five wins, three draws) - only Gladbach have currently gone longer without a home defeat in the German top flight (10 games).

Hamburg and Hannover have both only kept one clean sheet so far this season.

The Redshorts have lost none of their four Bundesliga games since Thorsten Fink took over the helm at the club in mid-October (one win, three draws).

Hannover's first-choice goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler has only kept one clean sheet in his last 17 BL appearances.

Hertha v Leverkusen

Hertha are unbeaten in five BL games against Leverkusen (three wins, two draws), conceding only four goals in the process.

The Berlin-based side have only enjoyed one win in their last five league games, though (two draws, two defeats).

Bayer have enjoyed shut-out victories in their last two BL away games and have already picked up a league-high 13 points on the road this term.

Nürnberg have gone nine games without keeping a clean sheet - no other BL team has currently gone that long without shutting their opponents out.
