Zenit St Petersburg v Borussia Dortmund

o   This will be the first competitive meeting between these two sides.

o   Zenit St Petersburg are unbeaten in their last four encounters with German teams, in all competitions (3 wins, 1 draw).

o   Borussia Dortmund are unbeaten in their four encounters with Russian teams, in all competitions (3 wins, 1 draw). They've won both away games.

o   This is only the second time that Zenit have reached the knockout stages of the Champions League after 2011/12 when they were knocked out in the last 16 by Benfica.
