Deportivo La Coruna - out in the cold
Deportivo travel from a cold Northern Spain, to a very cold Poland this evening for the next match in their UEFA cup campaign against Lech Poznan.
A victory for the visiting Spanish side would all but guarantee them a place in the next round as they currently sit third in Group H. Defeat for Lech would almost end this year's UEFA cup campaign.
Lech have picked up one point from their opening two Group H matches, drawing at home with Nancy and then losing away at runaway leaders CSKA.
At 7/5 in the betting for the 90 minute victory, Deportivo La Coruna have the shortest price - but are still worth backing and should outclass the Polish opposition, as long as they can cope with the temperature.
At the same time as this, Nancy at 10/11, should be backed. As they go into Thursday's UEFA Cup Group H match against CSKA Moscow knowing a win will guarantee them a place in the competition's last 32.
CSKA Moscow, 3/1 in the betting, have already done the business. They are unbeaten in this campaign and secured their place with the win over Lech Poznan last time out.
A first-placed finish, however, would mean an easier tie in the last 32 for the Russians.
