Entertainment on the menu in Manchester derby

There'll be plenty of Latin flair on show at Old Trafford as Ronaldo and Robinho go head-to-head with the Portuguese star 7/2 favourite in the betting to open the scoring.

Robinho is 8/1 to score first which is more than double that of his Manchester United rival but it is not tricky to see why.

Manchester City who are huge at odds of 9/1 to record a victory are so inconsistent that it is difficult to back them with any confidence and you can be sure plenty will place their faith in 4/11 chances United.

City have undoubtedly improved recently and are coming in to the game having won their last three Premier League games which has finally given Mark Hughes something to smile about.

Alex Ferguson meanwhile knows that victory will put them a long way to securing the title as Liverpool can only win if United drop points so even a draw at 10/3 could be damaging to The Red Devils.

Therefore you can be sure Fergie will be expecting nothing less than a win and interestingly enough United have lost just one game at Old Trafford since they lost to City in February last year.

Since the last four meetings between these two have been decided by a solitary goal then look to scores like 1-0 to United at odds of 11/2 with 1-0 to City a whopping 11/1.

Goals look like they could be on the menu though as City have not kept a clean sheet for five games but have found their scoring boots so perhaps 3-2 to the home side at 28/1 could appeal with 2-1 13/2.

For those who think class will prevail then 4-0 and 4-1 United are both available at odds of 18/1.

Robinho's and Ronaldo's goal scoring credentials are well documented by others who could get involved include Wayne Rooney who are 4/1 to score first will have his backers as he's scored seven in his last seven Premier League games at Old Trafford.

Carlos Tevez and Dimitar Berbatov are 4/1 and 9/2 respectively to score first, and last week's heroes Ryan Giggs and Park Ji-Sung are 11/4 and 5/1 respectively to bag a goal at anytime.

For City, Valeri Bojinov, Felipe Caicedo and Daniel Sturridge are all 7/2 to score a goal but better options look to be midfield pair Elano and Stephen Ireland who are both 12/1 to score first or 5/1 to find the net at anytime.

The double result of Man Utd/Man Utd is predictably the favourite at odds of 10/11 with draw/Man Utd 100/30 and draw/Man City 18/1.

Having said there will be goals in this game, over 2 match goals at odds of 4/6 looks a cracking bet with under 2 11/4 and exactly 2 goals 14/5.

Manchester City are still chasing a European place and have come in to form at the right time, however a trip to Old Trafford where Man Utd are so dominant may be a step to far.

They will be seriously up for the game with plenty of fans to roar them on and while they will avoid a whipping, it will be The Red Devils who get the bragging right for the second time this season.

Over 2 match goals - 4/6
Man Utd to win 3-2 - 28/1
