Udinese have only met an English opponent once before in Europe; they beat Tottenham 2-0 at home in the 2008/09 Europa League.
The Italian side have won just one of their last nine away games in Europe; a 3-0 win in Thessaloniki against PAOK back in February. They have drawn three and lost five in that time.
