Cambridge City v MK Dons

Mansfield v Slough

Preston North End v Yeovil
Preston's 26-0 win over Hyde in the 1887-88 First Round remains the biggest win in FA Cup history.
The home team have won all three of the previous competitive encounters between Preston and Yeovil.

Rotherham v Stevenage
Rotherham have never beaten Stevenage; although the two teams have played each other competitively only twice before (W0 D1 L1).
