  • FC Schalke 04 - Hannover 96
  • Schalke have only lost one of their last nine games against Hannover (two draws). However, that last defeat was in their most recent encounter in January.
  • Schalke have scored at least once in their last eight matches - the longest such run in the league. The 96ers' scoring run is only marginally shorter at seven games.
  • Not one of the 56 matches between Schalke and Hannover has ended goalless (one Cup meeting was only decided in extra time).
  • No other team has claimed as many points away from home as Schalke (four wins, two draws: 14 points) - their away record is better than their home record (eight points).
