Real Valladolid v Athletic Bilbao

  • Real Valladolid have won four of their last six league meetings with Athletic Bilbao on home soil (1D 1L), scoring exactly twice in each victory.
  • Indeed, only one of Bilbao's last six league victories over Valladolid has come at the Jose Zorilla (2-1 in October 2007).
  • During his time at Bilbao, against no team has Aduriz scored more league goals than he has against Valladolid (three).
  • Valladolid have won their last two league games; they have not won three or more in a row since a run of four in December 2008.
