Córdoba - Real Madrid

Real Madrid have not drawn a league game in Andalusia since January 2011 at Almeria, winning 12 and losing five since then.

Cordoba are currently enjoying their best run of the La Liga season and are unbeaten in three (W2 D1).

Florin Andone's goal against Eibar last weekend was the quickest of this La Liga campaign (10 seconds).

Cordoba have only ever beaten Real Madrid in the league once; 1-0 in January 1965 (D4 L12).

Miroslav Djukic has lost both meetings with Real Madrid as a La Liga manager.

Karim Benzema has assisted more of Cristiano Ronaldo's league goals than any other player this season (5).

Indeed in all competitions since Ronaldo joined Real Madrid, Benzema has set up more of his goals than any other teammate (29).

Real Madrid's strikers have scored more goals than those of any other club this season (45); Cordoba have conceded a league-high 71% of their goals to opposition frontmen.

Elche have not beaten Barcelona in the league since 1974, losing 10 and drawing four since that win.

Barcelona have not lost in the Comunidad Valenciana since October 2007, when they lost 3-1 at Villarreal (W13 D8).

Fran Escriba is without a win in three against Barca as a La Liga manager (D1 L2).

The Catalan giants have kept seven consecutive clean sheets against Elche in the league; a run that goes back to1977/78 (a 5-1 win).

The sides have met three times already in all competitions this season, with Barcelona winning all three, scoring 12 and conceding none.

Barcelona are the only team to have scored more than one own goal this season (2).

Luis Enrique's side are one of two teams in La Liga, along with Malaga, yet to concede a goal from outside the box this term.

Barcelona's substitutes have scored a league-high 10 goals this season, while those of Elche have only managed one.

Indeed, Barca are also the only side yet to concede a goal to an opposition replacement.

Lionel Messi has scored 340 goals in his last 340 official games for Barcelona.

Atletico Madrid v Rayo Vallecano

Atletico have won their last four home league games against Rayo, scoring 14 times in the process.

Rayo have not won at the Vicente Calderon since the opening day of the 99/00 season (0-2).

Since March 2000, Rayo have lost 11 consecutive away league games played against fellow sides from the city of Madrid (note; Getafe is in the Madrid region, not the city itself).

Atleti have won seven of their last eight home league games, losing the other against Villarreal.

Rayo have won their last two away league games.

Atletico's defenders have scored more goals than those of any other La Liga side this season (7).

Emiliano Insua (7) and Abdoulaye Ba (6) have had the most shots without hitting a single one on target this season.

Villarreal v Levante

Levante have not won any of their last six La Liga derbies played away from their own stadium, drawing three and losing three.

The Yellow Submarine are unbeaten in nine league games, winning six.

The last six clashes between these rivals in La Liga have seen three wins apiece, with Levante winning the first three and Villarreal the most recent three.

Indeed the Yellows have kept a clean sheet in each of their last three against los Granotas.

With their 1-0 victory in this fixture last season, Villarreal ended a run of two consecutive home defeats against Levante in La Liga.

Levante are winless in seven league games (D4 L3); they have not gone eight without a win in La Liga since February 2012.

Villarreal have conceded a league-high 24% of their goals from outside the area.

Indeed only Getafe (29%) have scored a higher proportion of their goals from range than Levante (23%).

Only Lionel Messi (14) has missed more clear chances than Ikechukwu Uche (10) this season.


Real Sociedad v Eibar

Eibar are unbeaten in Basque derbies as a top-flight side (W1 D1).

Real Sociedad, meanwhile, are without a win in three regional derbies in the top-flight, drawing two and losing one.

Real Sociedad's defeat to Rayo Vallecano last time out was their first on home soil under David Moyes (W2 D1).

Eibar are unbeaten in four away league games, winning two, drawing two and conceding just twice in total.

Carlos Vela is the only player outside the league's top three clubs to have scored a hat-trick this season.

Indeed the Mexican forward has been fouled more often than any other player this season (59).

Eibar are the only La Liga side to have won a Basque derby this season; that came in their first ever top-flight game in the reverse of this fixture (1-0).
Xabi Irureta has faced more shots on target than any other keeper this term (94) and has also made the most saves (69).

Real Sociedad have lost a league-high 11 points from winning positions this term.


Deportivo v Granada

Deportivo have only scored three goals in their last 11 league games combined (W2 D4 L5).

Depor have not beaten Granada in La Liga since 1971/72 (D2 L3).

Granada have won three of their last four league meetings with Deportivo (D1), scoring a total of eight goals in this run.

Despite that, the Andalusian side are without a win in 15 league games (D6 L9). If they fail to win this game it will be their longest run without in a victory in top-flight history (16).

Granada have lost their last four away league games, conceding 11.

Deportivo have not beaten an Andalusian side in La Liga since January 2013 (1-0 v Malaga), losing seven and drawing two since then.

Piti has had more shots without scoring than any other player in La Liga this term (27).

Deportivo's last six goals in La Liga (in a period of 12 games) have all come on home soil, though they have failed to net eight times in this 12 game run.

Deportivo's last eight league goals have all been scored by different players.


Athletic v Malaga

Athletic Club are without a win in six league games (D1 L5), losing the last four consecutively.

Malaga are also without a win in three (D1 L2), this after a run of three straight wins.

The side from the Costa del Sol have not won away in Bilbao in the league since 2005, when they won 2-1 (D3 L3).

Despite that, Malaga have won all three league games against sides from the Basque Country this season.

Ernesto Valverde has never experienced a draw in nine previous meetings with Malaga as a La Liga manager (W6 L3).

Malaga are one of two teams yet to concede from outside the box this term, alongside Barcelona.

Only in 2005/06 (15) have Athletic had fewer points after 19 games than they have this season (19, assuming three points for a win). Indeed, the only other time they had exactly 19 points at this stage was in 2006/07, when they escaped relegation on the final day of the season.

Only in 1984/85 (12) have the Lions scored fewer goals after 19 games of a campaign than they have this season (15).

Of all players to have had at least 10 shots this term, Samuel has the best shooting accuracy (83.33%).

Malaga are the only team yet to lose a point from a winning position this term and have also gained a league-high 11 from behind.


Espanyol v Almeria

Espanyol have only lost one of their last nine home league games (W5 D3).

Almeria are unbeaten in four La Liga clashes with the side from Barcelona (W2 D2); a run that goes back to September 2010, when they lost 1-0.

Almeria have lost nine of their last 12 league games, however (W2 D1).

Victor Sanchez has made more tackles than any other La Liga player this term (68).

Christian Stuani has committed a foul more frequently than any other regular player this season (every 20.7 minutes on average).

On the other hand, Stuani's teammate Lucaz Vazquez has been fouled more frequently per game himself than any other player (3.6 fouls won per game).

Stuani's six La Liga goals this season have all come in the final half hour of games, with five of them coming in the 82nd minute or later.

Tomer Hemed's brace last weekend saw him surpass Haim Revivo (23) as La Liga's all-time top scoring Israeli player (25).

Indeed Hemed has now scored Almeria's last five league strikes.


Valencia v Sevilla

Valencia are unbeaten in six league games (W4 D2).

Sevilla are also unbeaten in six league games (W5 D1), conceding just once in total across this run.

Los Che have won their last three home league games, scoring eight goals.

On the other hand, Sevilla have won their last two on the road without conceding.

The side from the capital of Turia are unbeaten in 10 league meetings with Andalusian teams, winning five and drawing five.

There has not been a draw between these sides at the Mestalla since 1993/94 (11), with the resulting 17 matches ending in 11 home wins and six away wins.

Valencia have benefited from a league-high three own goals this term.

Sevilla have won 86% of games that Iborra has played this season and just 54.5% without him; they are yet to lose a match when he has played.

Pablo Piatti has been substituted in 13 of his 14 appearances this season, more than any other La Liga player.

Nicolas Otamendi has made more clearances than any other player (121).


Getafe v Celta

Getafe are without a win in nine league games (D4 L5), a run that coincides partially with Pedro Leon's return to the team; the midfielder has played the last seven games.

Getafe have only scored six goals in their last nine league games, failing to net more than once in this run.

Celta Vigo are also without a win in nine (D2 L7), scoring just one goal in total.

This will be the 10th La Liga meeting between these sides; Getafe have won three, Celta four and two have ended level, while there has never been a 0-0 draw.

Celta have not won in the Comunidad de Madrid since 2007 (3-2 at Atletico), drawing one and losing 10 since that scalp.

Only Cristiano Ronaldo (9) has had more headed shots on target than Joaquin Larrivey this season (8).

Celta have had just five different goalscorers this season; a league-low.

17 points from 19 games equates to Getafe's worst ever return at the half-way stage of a top-flight campaign.

Getafe have averaged 1.2 points per game with Yoda starting this season and just 0.4 without him, winning 25% with him starting and only 14% without him in the initial eleven.
