McDermott and Wenger both under pressure still
Despite a resounding victory over Reading on Monday night, Arsene Wenger remains under pressure according to William Hill.
Le Proffesseur is 13/8 to have left the club by the last day of the season while he is just 11/10 to have left the club by the first day of next season.
Brian McDermott can sympathise with his Arsenal counterpart, seeing as he is 11/10 favourite to be the third Premier League manager to leave his job this season. McDermott is 11/4 to have left Reading by January 1st 2013.
"The pressure on both McDermott and Wenger was clear to see on Monday although Arsenal were expected to beat Reading and so the victory has not done much to ease the pressure on the Gunners boss," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. "Wenger is still very much in trouble."
