On form Baggies not ready for Liverpool examination!

West Brom v Liverpool

17:30 - live on ESPN

Match betting:  West Brom 11/4  Draw 21/10  Liverpool 11/10

Roy Hodgson's West Brom side will come into the tie at the Hawthorns this Saturday in high spirit after coming from behind at Villa Park last week. Liverpool, unlike Albion, had a midweek clash in the Carling Cup with Dalglish's men also coming from behind to secure a place in the next round. Luis Suarez (9/2 first goalscorer) was to thank after a superb individual display however a late knock to his ankle at the Britannia Stadium has made him a doubt for the late kick-off.

As for West Brom they will be without striker Shane Long after being sidelined for up to six weeks for a knee injury picked up against Aston Villa, and therefore Somen Tchoyi (11/4 anytime goalscorer) or Simon Cox (9/1 first goalscorer) could be asked to partner Peter Odemwingie (7/1 first goalscorer) up front.

April was the last time these two met, when the ex-Liverpool manager Hodgson watched his new side win 2-1 thanks to two penalties converted by Chris Brunt (To score two or more goals 20/1). West Brom go into this one in good form, they are unbeaten in their last four Premier League games and have a better record than Dalglish's outfit in their last six.

Although things are looking good for the Baggies, their form against Liverpool is historically poor at best. April's win was the only points they have picked up in their last 13 league matches and surprisingly West Brom have failed to score a goal in open play against Liverpool in the Premier League.

Dalglish made eight changes for the midweek tie against Stoke and apart for the doubt over Suarez, the big hitters will be back in business at the Hawthorns. Steven Gerrard (7/4 anytime goalscorer) and Glen Johnson (8/1 anytime goalscorer) are available for selection and Craig Bellamy (11/2 first goalscorer) is set to make his 250th career Premier League appearance.

Best Bets:

Below are a selection of interesting bets which look to give the punter some value for money. As always we will be offering a huge range of markets and In-play betting on this late kick-off which will be available over all channels including Mobile, Phone and Internet. For me the 11/10 on Liverpool looks good value on a team on the up and it would certainly be a part of my weekend accumulator.

Come From Behind and Win or Draw: West Brom 5/1 Liverpool 4/1 (Value on both team here but 4/1 on Liverpool looks interesting)

Craig Bellamy or Steven Gerrard to score first 12/5

Teams to score: Liverpool Only 23/10
