Premier League Opta Facts: 03-04 March

Premier League football roars into life this week with a full midweek fixture list and once again we have teamed up with Opta Sportsdata, Europe's leading sports performance data providers, to give you the insight into all ten games.

The action starts on Tuesday night as three Champions league contenders attempt to ensure Sir Alex Ferguson still has a few anxious moments before the end of the season.

Guus Hiddink's improving Chelsea, Rafa Benitez's faltering Liverpool and Arsene Wenger's goal shy Arsenal all have must win matches against relegation threatened teams (Portsmouth, West Brom and Sunderland respectively) but will it be plain sailing for the high flyers?

On Wednesday Man Utd can step closer to a third consecutive title if they manage to win at St James' Park, while Aston Villa need to get back to winning ways against mega-rich Man City.

And with relegation dogfights already starting, there is sure to be drama throughout the amazing week ahead.
