QPR and Reading look down as United 1/66 for title
QPR, Reading and Aston Villa suffered disastrous defeats in the Premier League today.
QPR are now 1/9 from 1/6 to get relegated and Reading 1/3 from 4/9. Villa are now in the third relegation spot and are 8/11 from 5/6 to go down.
"Things are looking very bleak for QPR, Reading and Villa but Wigan might just be safe for another year," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
William Hill now make Manchester United their 1/66 favourites to win the Premier League with City a distant 18/1.
The only competition at the top that is still almost fifty/fifty is the Premier League top goalscorer. United's Robin van Persie is 4/5 favourite and Luis Suarez 9/4 second.
Arsenal showed some metal and William Hill are now 2/5 that Mr Wenger is still in charge of Arsenal on day one of the Premier League 2013-14 season.
