Cesena v Fiorentina

 

  • Cesena have won only two of their 24 previous meetings against Fiorentina in Serie A, with 12 wins for the Viola. Cesena's last win was in November 1987.
  • Cesena have failed to score in six of their last seven games against Fiorentina in the top-flight.
  • These two sides have shared the points in seven of their last 12 Serie A meetings.
  • Cesena have conceded goals in their last 13 Serie A fixtures, something that had happened to them only in 1990/91.
  • Fiorentina have picked-up more points away from home than at their ground, continuing a trend that saw them taking more points on the road also last season.
