Spurs cut for top four, City cut for the title

The pressure was eased on both Andre Villas Boas and Brendan Rodgers in the Premier League on Saturday and William Hill have pushed out the odds of them being the first managers to leave from 8/1 (AVB) and 7/1 (Rodgers) to 16/1 each.

Manchester City have once again become the favourites to win the league after Manchester United lost to Tottenham and the current champions are 13/8 with United 9/4. Spurs' victory has pushed them up to fifth in the table and they are 7/4 to finish in the top four of the Premier League.

At the bottom of the table, Norwich are in danger of being cut adrift and they are 4/6 to be relegated this season.

Top goalscorer: 3/1 Robin van Persie; 7/1 Carlos Tevez; 7/1 Fernando Torres; 8/1 Luis Suarez; 11/1 Sergio Aguero; 16/1 Demba Ba; 16/1 Jermain Defoe; 20/1 Nickica Jelavic; 20/1 Steven Fletcher; 20/1 Wayne Rooney; 25/1 BAR

City Odds On To Remain Unbeaten For Longest...When Will Fletcher Fail To Score?

Manchester City and Sunderland maintained their unbeaten records in the Premier League and William Hill are betting which of the three unbeaten sides remaining (those two plus Chelsea) will remain unbeaten for the longest. Manchester City are the 4/7 favourites to maintain their streak longest with Chelsea 13/8 and Sunderland 8/1.

William Hill are also betting on when Manchester City will lose first this season and make them 9/1 to lose next week against Sunderland although they are 5/6 to remain unbeaten for at least the next five matches.

Sunderland's unbeaten run was aided by Steven Fletcher finding the net once again and he is 20/1 to score in at least the next three games.

When will Manchester City lose in the Premier League: 9/1 Sunderland; 4/1 West Brom; 12/1 Swansea; 6/1 West Ham; 5/1 Tottenham; 5/6 none of these fixtures

Who will be last to lose in the Premier League: 4/7 Manchester City; 13/8 Chelsea; 8/1 Sunderland

When will Steven Fletcher fail to score: 1/8 Manchester City; 5/1 Newcastle; 16/1 Stoke; 20/1 score in all three

Chelsea 2/1 To Avoid Defeat For At Least Five More Games

Chelsea maintained their unbeaten record at the expense of Arsenal's and William Hill are betting on when Chelsea first lose. They are 8/1 to lose next week against Norwich and 9/4 for their first defeat to come against Tottenham the following week. They are 2/1 to avoid defeat during their next five matches.

"Chelsea have looked impressive so far and the way in which they are playing, it would not be surprising to see them continue this run for a little while yet," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Chelsea play Manchester United towards the end of October and Chelsea are 10/3 to lose their first match then.

When will Chelsea next lose: 8/1 Norwich (6th Oct); 9/4 Tottenham (20th Oct); 10/3 Manchester United (28th Oct); 12/1 Swansea (3rd Nov); 7/1 Liverpool (11th Nov); 2/1 none of these matches.
