Van is the man for Arsenal

Arsenal take on Fulham on Saturday evening and they are in danger of winning six games in a row. It will be the first time that they have achieved the feat in almost two years. Arsenal's kids are flying and unlike their English counterparts, they have qualified for the Champions League knock-out stages.

Fulham are relegation threatened and they are not strong away from home. They have never beaten Arsenal on the road and it looks likely that they will return to West London with nothing.

The Gooners are 4/9 to win, the draw is 3/1 and a Fulham shock win is 7/1. Van Persie is the Gunners' star man, he has scored in three of the last four meetings between the two sides.

He is in terrific form and he is the reason their season is back on track. The captain has bagged a brace in both of his last two games and he is 5/2 to score first. We have a special Match Winner offer concerned with the player, he is 5/1 to score the first and last goal of the match.

Arsenal could win 1-0 (7/1) and if only he finds the net, he is the first and last goalscorer. He is a prolific striker but Fulham's problems do not lie in defence. They are almost incapable of finding the net away from home.

Arsenal are 21/20 to keep a clean sheet but they still have problems in defence, they are without Carl Jenkinson, Bacary Sagna and Kieran Gibbs. Fulham's manager Jol will be hoping that the opposition's players are lethargic after a tough Champions League clash midweek.

However, Fulham did put four goals past Wisla Krakow recently and they will be hoping that a fully fit Zamora, can start finding the form and goals that has won him England caps. He is 9/1 to grab the first goal and 100/30 to score anytime.

In that win against Wisla, Andy Johnson scored two excellent goals. He is 10/1 to score the opener and 7/2 to find the net anytime. The Johnson and Zamora partnership has struggled to shine of late because both players have had their fair share of injuries.

They are far better than many of the Premier strike forces that Arsenal will face this season and both teams to score is as short as 8/11.  It could be a very close encounter and Fulham +1 goal in the match handicaps market, looks a decent price 8/5.

Van Persie has been integral to Arsenal's resurgence, scoring twelve goals in his last eight games. Arsenal may be too reliant on the striker but it is difficult to look past them, with him in such a great vein of form.
