Weekend Football Specials

The relegation odds for Reading - 1/66 & QPR - 1/25, suggest the two teams have lost both the battle and the war and are almost certain to be playing Championship football next season. Both teams have difficult fixtures this weekend and with QPR 6/1 to beat Everton and Reading the same price to see off Liverpool, neither team looks a good bet to pull off the greatest escape in Premiership history.

"With Manchester United running away with the Premiership, punters' betting focus is on relegation but if the bottom teams can't pull a rabbit out of the hat, the relegation race will be all but over," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
