William Hill Batten Down Hatches For Super Sunday

It is the first titanic double header of the season this Sunday as Manchester United travel to Liverpool and Arsenal visit Manchester City but while William Hill think City at 4/5 will win they can't split United and Liverpool who currently both sit at 9/5 for three points.

All eyes will be on the pre match handshakes at Anfield for the second week in a row and while William Hill think that Suarez and Evra will shake hands, it is 3/1 for the pre-match ritual to be abolished before the start of next season.

"This weekend sees the first real ‘Super Sunday' of the season and we are undoubtedly going to see the hottest betting day of the new season so far," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Luis Suarez is 4/1 to score anytime and Liverpool to win with Robin Van Persie 3/1 to score in a United win.

Manchester City tackle Arsenal at the Etihad straight after Liverpool and United finish with City favourites. Arsenal are 19/5 despite only conceding one goal this season. Carlos Tevez is 2/1 to score in a City win and two goals in two games Lukas Podolski is 8/1 to score in an Arsenal victory.

William Hill think that if you are after goals on Sunday, White Hart Lane will be the place to go, offering 2/1 that the highest scoring match of the day will be Tottenham against QPR.
