William Hill Premier League Latest
The Premier League saw one of its best games of the season so far tonight with a fading light and a ‘work in progress' drawing 2-2 at the Emirates and while William Hill are doubtful either side will make it into the Champions League this season (Arsenal are 5/4 for a top four finish with Liverpool 6/1) it is Arsenal who Britain's biggest bookmaker thinks will qualify for Europe's Premier competition next out of the two at 2/7.
"Liverpool have shown improvement this season and will definitely have their eyes focussed on some form of European football next season, but could they pip Arsenal to Champions League or will both teams have to wait to battle it out next season?" said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Spurs currently lead the race for the final Champions League spot (with Manchesters City and United as well as Chelsea seemingly having the top three spots sewn up) and they are 11/10 to finish in the top four.
Luis Suarez set the ball rolling in tonight's football by scoring the first goal of the evening, but despite this, he is still only the 5/2 second favourite to score the most goals in the Premier League this season, with RVP 8/11 favourite.
Manchester United defeated Southampton at Old Trafford as last year's Premier League runners up, once again took the initiative in the title race and they are now 1/6 to lift the Premier League trophy with Manchester City 7/2.
