William Hill Scottish Cup first round draw unveiled

William Hill Scottish Cup First Round Draw And Odds

William Hill, the sponsors of the Scottish Cup, have issued their opening odds for the 2013/14 competition.

The odds release followed the draw for the first round draw at Hampden park where Andy Murray's mother Judy and grand father - Roy Erskine were among the draw party.

The longest trip of the round will be Wick Academy's 306 mile round trip to Coldstream.

The Streamers made the long trek northwards to Wick in the first year of William Hill's sponsorship and lost 9-1 but the borders side will hope home advantage can see them enact revenge.

'The first round draw has thrown up some very interesting match-ups,' said William Hill spokesman Tony Kenny, 'and we're anticipating plenty of goals in this opening series of games.'
