Europe face uphill task as Olazabal goes for Poulter & Colsaerts
There were no real surprises as Jose Maria unveiled his Ryder Cup picks today and Europe are the 11/8 outsiders to win the Cup next month. Ian Poulter is 8/1 with Hills to be Europe's top point scorer and Nicolas Colsaerts is 12/1 to top score.
Ian Poulter is 5/6 to score three or more points with Nicolas Colsaerts 5/6 to win two or more points.
"Europe are a great side but if anything team USA look to be in slightly better form and the odds suggest that the home crowd could swing it in their favour," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
