USPGA: Mcllroy Hot Favourite For Back To Back Majors
USPGA: Mcllroy Hot Favourite For Back To Back Majors - Europe Backed For Ryder Cup!
Rory Mcllroy has been cut from 6/1 to 9/2 to win the final major of the year after winning the WGC on Sunday.
"Rory is looking almost unbeatable, 9/2 is a similar price to the odds Tiger would have been at the start of a major in his prime and McIlroy is now 10/1 to win 19 or more majors in his career and become the greatest of all-time," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
Europe have been trimmed from 5/6 to 4/5 to win the Ryder Cup with the USA out to 5/4.
"A number of key European players are in excellent form and they are looking hard to beat on home soil," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

William Hill are currently offering 10/1 that Rory Mcllroy manages to beat Jack Nicklaus’s record of 18 major victories.
“Much like Tiger in his prime – Rory has simply looked unbeatable in the last month or so and we are just starting to see money for him to become the greatest ever golfer by winning 19 majors,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
Rory is 5/1 to win the USPGA and 6/1 to be the first round leader.
“Rory is by far the worst result and he will be a massive loser when he Tees off on Thursday,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
