William Hill Launch 'Derrick The Hare' Derby Series
William Hill have launched our latest marketing communications campaign, the Derrick the Hare four part video series. Released throughout the month of May 2012, we follow Derrick as he prepares for the biggest races of his life, the WilliamHill.com Greyhound Derby at London, Wimbledon Stadium. Episode one sees Derrick visit the famous track, look over the prestigious winner's board in quiet contemplation and get ready to take on the world's fastest greyhounds.
William Hill are proud to continue our sponsorship of the world's greatest greyhound race. Creating a viral video series is part of our ongoing strategy to open the legendary Derby up to new audiences with fresh, engaging content. Shared across William Hill's Facebook, Google+ and Twitter communities, the films will also appear in our 2,370 licensed betting offices across the UK and be seeded to online blogs, websites and newsrooms.
Filmed on location at Wimbledon, the content was conceptualised, filmed and produced by London agency Lexis. Episode two will be released w/c 8th May, so watch this space...
