Camelot heads Derby Twelve
Unbeaten 2000 Guineas hero Camelot is hot 4-6 favourite with William Hill for the Investec Derby as the five-day entries for Flat racing's Blue Riband event were published on Monday.
Dante winner Bonfire is next in the betting at 9-2 ahead of David Lanigan's Lingfield Trial scorer Main Sequence at 11-1, while Astrology, backed in from bigger prices this week, is quoted at 12-1 alongside fellow O'Brien inmate Imperial Monarch.
William Hill spokeswoman Lucy Rhodes said "Naturally Camelot continues to be all the rage for Epsom and looks set to jump away the shortest-priced Derby favourite seen in some time, although it's not unknown to see a big run from an O'Brien second-string and there's been plenty of interest in Astrology this week"
