Weatherbys Preview: World Hurdle
Paul Jones of Weatherbys gives us his independent betting tips on all the races from this year's Cheltenham Festival.
With the front three in the betting looking head and shoulders above the rest I really haven’t been able to find a way into this race.
Backing Big Buck’s each-way may be the best as I can’t see him being out the first three and we don’t know how good he really is given his running style as he pounces late thus hiding his true superiority.
Kasbah Bliss is a very worthy favourite and will be hard to beat but I feel Punchestowns is a bit over-rated and still a bit of a baby but his Long Walk Hurdle win was undeniably impressive and that has been the best guide.
Many punters will be fancying Fair Along each-way given his consistency at the track but his Cleeve Hurdle third is basically as good as he is and you would be wasting the win element of an each-way bet as surely all of the big three are not going to run below form.
