William Hill – ‘The Jumps’ Launches on Tuesday!
The William Hill sponsored card at Lingfield on Tuesday 13th November launches the 2012/13 William Hill ‘The Jumps' competition.
This is the third year of this increasingly popular ‘Horses to Follow' competition which will have a first prize this year of £100,000 - and we have kept the entry cost at just £2!
It will be open to everyone via William Hill shops from Tuesday 13th November, with the competition starting on Saturday 1st December.
Entrants have to pick 10 horses from a list of 200, and earn points from Hennessy Day (1st December) until Gold Cup Day at Cheltenham (15th March 2013).
The format this year included 8 ‘stable stars' - Bobs Worth, Finian's Rainbow, Hurricane Fly, Long Run, Rock On Ruby, Sir Des Champs, Sizing Europe and Sprinter Sacre. Entrants must pick one from this octet and then nine additional names from the 200 horses listed on the coupon.
Over 300,000 entries were received in the first two years, so we could easily see the total hit half a million this time around.
In addition to the main prize, ‘The Jumps' will offer monthly prizes of £4,000 and every entry receives two free tickets to a raceday at Kempton, Doncaster, Warwick or Ayr.
We will also be giving away a free guide with every coupon in distributed in our 2,470 shops.
This tremendous competition offers outstanding value on the High Street, with the entry cost of only £2, and the top prizes of £100,000 (first prize) and £50,000 (second prize).
Customers can track their progress at www.thejumps.com
The William Hill ‘The Jumps' runs from 1st December until the final day of the Cheltenham Festival.
