Leading jockey Tom Queally has signed with bookmakers William Hill as their face of the 2012 Flat season.
Following the firm's successful recent partnership with 16-time Champion National Hunt jockey AP McCoy, Queally will work with the bookmaking giants on a host of media projects, encompassing all the top meetings including Royal Ascot and the Investec Derby - for which William Hill is an exclusive betting partner.
Queally, who was British Champion Apprentice in 2004, has enjoyed a highly successful career thus far, having tasted victory at the Breeders' Cup, Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood, as well as a Classic success and two Champion Stakes featuring on a sparkling CV.
Having ridden Sir Henry Cecil's superstar Frankel in all nine of his unbeaten starts, five at the highest level including the 2000 Guineas, Queally will be renewing the partnership with the champion colt for his third racing season.
The deal also includes exclusive Betting Industry image rights for William Hill, in addition to Queally's personal thoughts throughout the upcoming season.
Kate Miller, Head of Racing for William Hill, said "We are delighted to be working with Tom Queally for what promises to be a thrilling Flat season. With his association with Frankel and the continuing resurgence of the legendary Sir Henry Cecil, we are sure Tom will prove to be a massive hit with our customers and we are very much looking forward to getting his insight and hearing his views."
