German GP: 15/8 for a German winner
Ahead of the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim, William Hill are offering 15/8 that one of the five German drivers taking part wins the race on Sunday. Of these drivers, Sebastian Vettel is the 5/2 favourite, with the other contenders, Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg offered at 18/1, Nico Hulkenberg 150/1 and Timo Glock 2500/1.
"Despite Vettel's red-hot form last season, the German fans were denied a German winner but there are certainly enough drivers to remedy that this season," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly.
The Brit pairing of Hamilton and Button have been somewhat underwhelming in recent weeks and Hills make them 11/2 and 18/1 respectively. Hamilton has yet to sign a contract with McLaren and is 1/7 with Hills to still be with them at the start of next season.
