William Hill's Grand Prix-dict the Podium Competition
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Prix-dict the Podium competition has been suspended. More news as to when/if it returns and prize distribution will follow.
Enjoy the thrill of the 2010 Formula 1 season and win free bets by entering our Grand Prix-diction competition.
With prize pool of £1,500.00 up for grabs, all we're asking is for you to predict the podium in each of this year's F1 Grands Prix. Correctly pick the drivers that finish first, second and third and you'll get their classification points to add to your total if they finish in the position you predicted: 25 for 1st, 18 for 2nd and 15 for 3rd. Get the most points and you could win a free bet.
The competition lasts all season long and your points will be totted up. If you're at the top of the leaderboard when the competition finishes in November after the Abu Dhabi GP you'll win the first prize of £250.00 in free bets but there are free bet prizes to be won right down to 10th position. (Prize table)
But you don't have to wait that long to be a winner as we're also giving away a £25.00 free bet to the entry that gets the points each leg. In the event of a tie an entry will be drawn at random from all the winning entries.

What do I have to do?
Entering the competition is simple:
- Click the link in the table above to go to the competition entry page.
- Pick the three drivers you think will finish in each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.
- Give us a few details so we can track your entry.
- Ensure you count is deemed active (see below)
You must pick three different drivers in each of the places. Any entries with duplicated drivers will be voided and no points will be awarded. The points you receive will be added up and go on our leaderboard.
An account is active, and therefore an entry will qualify, if there has been sports betting activity of at least £5.00 cumulative stakes over the seven days leading up to the race.
Each leg's entry page will be available from the Wednesday before the race, at the latest, and you have until the official start time of the main race to enter.

Entries for each leg will only be accepted if made by active William Hill Online Sportsbook account holders.
An account is deemed active if there is at least £5.00 cumulative sports betting activity over the seven days leading up to each race per the schedule above.
If an entry is made and there is no sports betting activity then any points will not count towards the final total.
Entries will be accepted up to the official off of the main race in each leg. Entries received after this time may not be accepted if taken in error and any points will not count towards the final total.
Entries appearing on the leaderboard during the competition may not necessarily have met the qualification criteria and could be deleted at a later date.

Normal William Hill terms apply including section 4.8 regarding Duplicate Accounts.
Resulting and settlement:
Each leg will be settled according to William Hill Online’s normal Formula 1 betting rules, including dead heat rules.
Points are won if the correct driver finishes in the correct position.
Points will be awarded as follows: 1st - 25 points, 2nd - 18 points, 3rd - 15 points
Three different drivers must be selected each week however, the same driver can be selected in different legs. If the same driver is selected more than once in a week then no points will be awarded.
The entries received each leg from matching email/username combinations will be totalled together and the top 10 total returns will receive free bet prizes as detailed in the table below.
The leg prize of £25.00 will be given to the entry with the most points earned that leg. In the event of a tie a winner will be drawn at random from all entries with the winning number of points.
