Guess the total goals for a chance of a free bet
Following the internationals interruption it's back to the UK domestic action this weekend for our free-to-enter competition.
It's a fortnight since we last ran this particular competition. That weekend it was the Scottish Premier League that were the high-scorers of the weekend with an average of 3.5 goals per game. League 1 yielded a total of 36 goals in the eleven games on Saturday.
Goals were scarce in the Scottish Divisions 1 and 3 with just 2 goals in each of those games on average while the English Premier League and Championship both hit the 2.5 per game mark with 25 and 30 goals respectively.
It costs you nothing to enter. Make your prediction and we'll put all the correct answers into a draw and randomly select one winner who will receive a £20 free bet in time for it all starting again with next week's midweek programme.
It's that simple. Just guess how many goals you think will be scored.
The first games to be included take place on Friday night (11/09/09) and we'll count all the goals in the leagues below right up to the two games on Monday evening (14/09/09).
So the 67 games in question are broken down as follows:
|10 English Premier League||6 Scottish Premier League|
|12 English Championship||5 Scottish Division One|
|12 English League 1||5 Scottish Division Two|
|12 English League 2||5 Scottish Division Three|
