They might beat Giants
Huddersfield Giants start as favourites in the betting for tonight's live Super League clash against Hull FC.
And why not? The Giants have had a decent start to the season with a solid away win in France, overturning the Bradford Bulls last week with the only defeat coming against St Helens. Finally they're showing the kind of results that have been promised for a few years now.
Hull FC however are unbeaten this season so far, a great start for a team that didn't win their first four games in Super League XII and only won once in their first nine matches last season.
In the William Hill Super League podcast, our expert Tim Pakyurek feels that Hull will be top of the league tonight by winning a close contest at the Galpharm Stadium. Former professional Terry O'Connor thinks that Huddersfield will show their worth in front of their fans and has taken it as his Bet Of The Week.

There's no doubt it will be close with the betting giving Hull FC an almost negligible two-point headstart. On the 80 minutes it's Huddersfield 4/6 with Hull looking the bet at 6/5.
Both sides having shown great defensive capability this season conceding just 14 points per game. It's an even money chance that there are fewer than 40 points scored in the game and on a cold and possibly windy night up on the Pennines that chance looks greater.
Danny Tickle opened his Super League XIV try scoring account with a hat-trick a fortnight ago and it will need his close support running to break through the Huddersfield line. He's a good-priced 4/1 to score a try in the game.
