Six Nations: Welsh woe for bookies

Wales are now 1/3 to win the Six Nations and 1/2 to win the Grand Slam.

"Wales are always well backed to win the Six Nations & the Grand Slam but we saw record levels this year after their excellent World Cup. We just have to hope that either Italy or France do us a favour over the next couple of weekends," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams

Hills are betting on which of the weekend's matches will produce the most tries, Wales v Italy is the 8/13 favourite with the Ireland match 11/4 and France v England the 10/3 outsiders.

The odds suggest that Italy (11/1) will struggle against Wales who are 1/33 to win the match. Ireland are also red hot favourite at 1/4 to get the better of Scotland 16/5. Whilst France are 4/11 to beat England who can be backed at 9/4.
