Wilko odds-on to take the first kick
William Hill think that Martin Johnson will decide to go with Jonny Wilkinson at 4/7 rather than Toby Flood who is 5/4 to take the first kick of the game.
That said Hills fully expect both to take at least one place kick at 8/11 and Wilkinson is 2/7 to score more points than Flood.
"Unsurprisingly Martin Johnson has a soft spot for Jonny Wilkinson and we think he is odds on to get the nod ahead of Toby Flood," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
As it stands Hills customers are coming in for France at 8/5 with England as yet friendless.
