All Spanish final at the ATP Rome
After finding himself 5-2 down in the first set of Saturday's semi final, Spain's David Ferrer produced a thrilling comeback to beat Fernando Verdasco and confirm his career best performance at the ATP Rome - a place on the final.
13th seed David Ferrer can be very happy with his performance this week, after all he's dismissed some big scalps from Rome.
Starace, Murray, Tsonga and Verdasco have all fallen at the hands of the diminutive Spaniard.
It's a great achievement to get to his first Masters final but that should be all Ferrer takes from this week in the beautiful country as Rafael Nadal hunts down his 5th title on the Italian clay.
It's not unthinkable that David Ferrer could actually beat Rafael Nadal, indeed he has managed it on three occasions although never in straight sets, but Nadal is sure to be the fresher of the two entering Sunday's, having had to put in less effort through the week to get to this stage.
So... if you're feeling brave and fancy Ferrer to get one over the ‘king of clay' then back David Ferrer to beat Rafael Nadal 2-1 @ 4/1. It's surely your only option in covering a Ferrer victory.
However, if you're feeling heroic, Ferrer 2-0 @ 10/1 can be backed if you dare!
