Bookies fearing three housemates for CBB Winner
With two days to go until the end of this year's Celebrity Big Brother, bookmakers, William Hill are wary of a Jedward win. The Irish duo have been heavily backed throughout the entirety of the show and could cost the firm over £20,000.
As well as Jedward, who are the 8/13 favourites to win the show, Hills are increasingly nervous about the chances of Paddy Doherty and Amy Childs. Both contestants also lose Hills five figure sums.
"Amy was well backed at the start of the show, but given the fact that she spends more time looking in the mirror than actually engaging with the other housemates we are not too worried about her winning," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly. "Paddy and Jedward on the other hand have us very nervous at the moment. Both look like they could win the show and both could cost us a fair amount by doing so."
Jedward currently head the betting and are the 8/13 favourites, while Kerry Katona is the 2/1 second favourite. Paddy Doherty at 13/2 rounds off the top three with the rest of the housemates all looking like real outside chances to win the show.
"We have been in fear of Jedward twice before - when they were heavily backed to win both the X-Factor AND Eurovision and neither of those gambles came to fruition, however, there is a strong feeling that the Grimes lads can make it third time lucky and give us a real 'Jedwarding'," added Crilly.
