Final Golden Globes prices, bring on the Oscars!
William Hill's final Golden Globe odds suggest that Meryl Streep is all but certain to get the awards season off to a winning start and she finished as the 1/3 favourite for the Best Actress Golden Globe for her performance in The Iron Lady.
George Clooney is also a red hot favourite to win the Best Actor Globe at 2/5 but War Horse has got its work cut out and is 9/2 for Best Film glory. Meryl Streep is now 8/13 for an Oscar with War Horse 6/1 for the Oscar!
"The Globes are a great indicator to who will win the coveted Oscar and if the odds are correct then Meryl Streep & George Clooney are in for a great 2012," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
