Royal wedding sparks flurry of betting
The money says Wills & Kate to marry in Westminster on a Friday in July... and have three kids following a Kenyan honeymoon!
William Hill have had their busiest ever day of betting on the Royal family with punters piling in on all the Royal Specials with the standout betting trends so far being:
- Harry will be the best man cut from 1/2 to 1/12
- The service will be at Westminster Abbey cut from 2/1 to 8/11
- The honeymoon will be in Kenya
- July is the favourite month at 15/8
- The happy couple 1/3 to still be together on their tenth wedding anniversary.
"Punters are going mad for the Royal specials and at one point today we were taking more money on the Wills & Kate wedding than we were on the England match tonight," said Hill's spokesman Rupert Adams.
