Hill's are also offering 10/1 that more than 22 million people tune in.
"X-Factor has been around for seven series now and shows no sign of slowing down. It could well be that all view ing records are smashed by this current incarnation," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly.
Hills are offering plenty of specials ahead of the start of next week's live shows.
Hills are offering 5/1 that one of the live studio finalists quits of their own accord and 10/1 that a judge quits before the end of the show.
It would appear almost certain that the winner of this year's X-Factor has a Christmas Number 1 and Hills are quoting odds of 1/4 that this happens.
"Last year, the X-Factor was beaten by Rage Against The Machine but we cannot really see that happening again and it could well be that parity is restored in this year's Christmas Chart," said Hill's spokesman Joe Crilly.
Matt Cardle is the 3/1 favourite to win this year's X-Factor, ahead of 11/2 second favourites Gamu Nhengu and Cher Lloyd.
