Arsenal Premier League guide: The latest fixtures, results, team news and Arsenal odds
Arsenal maintained their position at the top of the Premier League with a battling 1-0 win over Leeds at Elland Road, with Bukayo Saka making it four goals in a week in bagging the winner. The Gunners had to dig deep in the second half though, as Leeds put them under pressure, but Mikel Arteta’s side held firm. Patrick Bamford blazed a penalty wide for the hosts.
With Man City stumbling at Anfield, that win over Leeds means Arsenal now have a four-point cushion at the top of the table. These first 10 games could not have gone much better for the Gunners, with a remarkable nine wins. The Gunners were in European action on Thursday, dispatching PSV 1-0 thanks to a Granit Xhaka goal.
We’ve taken a look at all you need to know about Arsenal – from their next league game, to the latest football betting odds.
When is the next Arsenal Premier League fixture?
Arsenal visit Southampton this weekend, taking on the Saints at St. Mary’s on Sunday at 14:00. The Gunners will be out for revenge, as well as looking to cement their position at the top of the table: they lost the last meeting on this ground, back in April. Only once before have they lost back-to-back Premier League matches against the Saints.
Arsenal have won the other two Premier League visits to St. Mary’s under Mikel Arteta, most recently in January 2021. Arteta’s side rallied back from conceding in the third minute that day, thanks to goals from Nicolas Pepe, Bukayo Saka and Alexandre Lacazette.
What are the odds that Arsenal win their next game?
Arsenal are 6/10 to win at Southampton on Sunday, and continue their fantastic start to the season. The Gunners are the only side to have scored in every Premier League game so far this campaign, while the Saints have only kept one clean sheet. Arsenal to win with four or more goals in the match is 13/5.
Bukayo Saka is having a fantastic season, and has been involved in eight Premier League goals already this season – the most out of all Arsenal players. We have it at 17/2 that Saka and team-mate Gabriel Martinelli both assist a goal against Southampton, while Saka to score the opening goal of the game is 5/1.
The Gunners have locked down opposition forwards away from home this season. No team has kept more clean sheets (4) and conceded fewer goals (3) on the road than Arsenal, who have won four of their five away games. Another clean sheet on Sunday is 29/20.

What is the latest Arsenal injury and transfer news?
Oleksandr Zinchenko is nearing a return after a calf injury but may not be risked in this one. Emile Smith Rowe and Mohamed Elneny are both out for the foreseeable future, but Arsenal have no new injury problems and Mikel Arteta had the luxury of rotating some of his starters in the midweek win over PSV.
Who are Arsenal’s key players?
England keeper Aaron Ramsdale has been superb since signing last season, and he is part of a core of young British talent that includes Bukayo Saka, Ben White and Kieran Tierney. A pair of Brazilians have been at the core of Arsenal’s impressive season: Gabriel Jesus already looks like one of the signings of the season while 21-year-old Gabriel Martinelli has taken his game to new levels this year.
