Taunton Racecourse

Jumping takes places at Taunton throughout the winter months, and it has launched the careers of some notable National Hunt horses – including Penzance and Well Chief.

Taunton is regarded as one of the easier jumps courses due to the smaller fences. However, there are often a lot of jockeys unseated due to the sharp nature of the track.
