The end of the 2023/24 season sees the 2024 summer transfer window roll in, with a number of promising young talent and established players rumoured to be on move this summer.

The below list looks at some of the hottest rumours, and where they could end up this season.

Jarrad Branthwaite

Jarrad Branthwaite has had a breakout season this year for Everton, at the heart of a defence that only conceded 51 goals this year, and the Englishman has been a revelation. Branthwaite has been strongly linked to Manchester United, who are 2/7 to secure his signature, after a £35m bid was swiftly rejected by the Toffees, who value Branthwaite in excess of £70m.

It’s unlikely that is the end of this transfer saga and we’ll have to see if Manchester United are willing to match Everton’s valuation.

Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford was a shock admission from England’s Euro 2024 squad, but it hasn’t been the best of seasons for the winger. This has sparked rumours of an exit from Manchester United, with Barcelona leading the way at 13/8. His talent remains there for all to see, which is why Europe’s best are interested in the forward with PSG in the market at 11/4 as they look to find a replacement for Kylian Mbappe.

Michael Olise

Michael Olise has been a major part of Crystal Palace’s resurgence under Oliver Glasner. The French winger contributed 16 goals and assists this season and has peaked the interest of a number of top clubs who may look to pry the former Reading man away from Selhurst Park this summer.

Chelsea are 8/11 favourites to sign Olise, after he looked all to have signed for the Blues last summer before the shock announcement that he signed a new contract at Crystal Palace, so Chelsea may not let him go this time round.

Manchester United are next at 9/2 with Newcastle at 8/1 in the market. Both clubs are looking in the market this summer for a right winger, so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see either side make a move for Olise.

Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah is undoubtedly a Liverpool great, cementing himself on the Anfield roll of honour, but there is a chance he may move on this summer. The Egyptian winger is 10/11 to join any Saudi club, amid rumours Liverpool may look to cash in on the 32-year-old. The Reds have recently appointed Arne Slot as their new manager, which may see a change of direction in the side, and with the fee that Salah would likely fetch, the funds could be used to improve multiple areas in the squad.

Eberechi Eze

Eberechi Eze is the second Crystal Palace player in our list, and what a season he’s had for the Eagles. Notching 15 goal contributions from midfield has earned him a call up for England at Euro 2024, meaning there will be big clubs sniffing around him this summer. Tottenham are evens favourites to sign Eze but will likely face competition from other Premier League clubs such as Arsenal (7/1), Liverpool (9/1), Man Utd (9/1) and Man City (10/1).
