In Game V-Play Challenges Terms

For UK, Gibraltar & Jersey GBP account holders: Play online slots/table games with a V Play icon using your main cash balance for a chance to spin the V Play Wheel. Must spin within 7 days of in-game notification to receive a randomly generated cash prize (£0.20–£1,000). Prize amount shown on win notification. Fair play rules & T&Cs apply.

Significant Conditions

• The V Play promotion (“the Promotion”) runs from 10:00:00 (UK time) on 11.09.25 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these promotional terms (the “Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion is only available to customers registered in the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and Jersey with an online account in GBP.
• The Promotion applies to all online slots and table games displaying the V Play icon (the “Promotion games”) played with stakes made from your main cash balance during the Promotion Period.
• As you play, you may be offered the chance to spin the V Play Wheel and win a randomly generated cash prize.
  • Cash Prizes range between £0.20 to £1000
  • Any cash prize will be immediately and automatically credited to your main balance. You can withdraw the prize as cash or use it to play.
• You can play on more than one Promotion game (though not simultaneously) for the purpose of this Promotion.
• If the V Play icon notifies you in-game that you are entitled to spin the V Play Wheel, you then have 7 days from the in-game notification to click on the V Play Wheel icon, spin the V Play Wheel and win a cash prize.
• You may also decline to spin the V Play Wheel. If you choose not to spin the V Play Wheel within the 7 days of the in-game notification, that opportunity to spin the V Play Wheel and win a prize will be forfeited.
• Forfeiting a prize will not affect your chance of being able to win a subsequent prize during the Promotion Period provided all eligibility requirements are met and you play fairly.
• If at any time we detect what we consider to be any unfair play or promotion abuse, your participation in this Promotion may be blocked and you will not be able to access the V Play icon or the V Play Wheel.

How to play

During the Promotion Period:

1. Play on any online slots/table game displaying the V Play icon staking from your main cash balance.
2. Each time you play, check the in-game V Play icon in the bottom right of your screen for any notification.
3. If a number appears on or above the V Play icon, this notifies you that you are entitled to a free spin of the V Play Wheel.
4. Within 7 days of being notified, you need to click on the V Play icon, spin the V Play Wheel to generate a random cash prize.
5. If you spin the wheel within 7 days and win a cash prize this will be automatically credited to your main balance for withdrawal as cash or use in play.
6. You may receive the chance to win more than one prize until the Promotion ends.

General  Terms and Conditions

a. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:

» Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks).

» Using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer.

» Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.

» Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.

» Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage).

» Using more than one account per household or per IP address.

» taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus.

» purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.

b. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

» void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or

» remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

c. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

d. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.

e. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds paid into your main balance (including any amounts you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).

f. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions:

» without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or

» by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).

g. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.

h. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion.

i. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.

j. Your use of our website, and your gaming or betting, is governed by our terms and conditions of using our website (the general terms). If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms, these terms and conditions will apply.
